How To Prepare For Your Livestream

  • Make sure you log into your livestream link at least five minutes before your show.
  • Your personalized link for your show was sent to you via email with your purchase receipt. This email came from [email protected].
  • The personalized link in the email is shown as a maroon colored button you click to view the concert.
  • Once you click on the link, a new window will open that says Enter Your Access Code. This code should be auto-filled in the box displayed. If it is not, your access code can be found in the email right under the maroon button. 
  • Check the "I agree to the terms of service box" and then click Start Watching.

 How to Watch your Concert on a TV Rather than a Laptop

There are two ways to watch your concert on your TV rather than your laptop:
  • Wirelessly connecting your laptop to your TV
    • You will need a Smart TV for this option. It will connect to your laptop using Wi-Fi technology.
    • Use the TV remote to switch the Source to Screen Mirroring.
    • On your laptop, go to your computer settings and then select Devices.
    • Select add Bluetooth or Other Device and search for your TV.
    • Select your TV, and the laptop and TV should connect for you to watch the concert on your TV.
  • Connecting your laptop to your TV using cables
    • If you don't have a Smart TV, you can still connect using an HDMI cable.
    • Connect the TV to the laptop using an HDMI cable.
    • Change the Source of the TV to HDMI port.
    • Your concert will display on the TV.

Having Trouble Viewing the Livestream?

- Make sure you are using a compatible browser. The following browsers are compatible with the livestream:
  • Chrome for Android 34+
  • Chrome for Desktop 34+
  • Firefox for Android 41+
  • Firefox for Desktop 42+
  • Edge for Windows 10+
  • Safari for Mac 8+ (beta)​
- If the livestream is freezing or glitching a lot, it is possible your internet connection is not as strong as it needs to be to view the high definition concert. Try connecting your device directly to your internet using a hardwire connection rather than using wi-fi.
- Your livestream can only be viewed on one device at a time. If you have shared your link with someone else, the second device that connects will disconnect the first. Make sure you are using your link on just one device at a time.
- Can't hear the concert? Make sure your volume is turned on, and turned up high enough, for the device you are using.
